Let's recap yesterday's taekwondo training. :)
It was the toughest one so far.
Ok, lemme explain. -clears throat-
Each warm up 15 times, 2 set.
First, we had to do back push up. Remember, 15 times.
After that, we gotta do herbie, or herbi, or whatever the spelling is. It goes like this, squad down, use both your hands to support your body and put both legs behind, then bring it back to the front and jump high. (I know you didn't get what I was saying, ahaha.) It was the most tiring warm up of all the 7 different ones.
Next, it's sit up. Not too bad, I do that quite often. :P
And then it's the superman/woman thingy. Not explaining that.
Next is side way leg lifting, each leg 10 times.
Then, leg raising. It was torture to the tummy after the sit ups.
Finally, push ups.
Did I mention that we did all that without resting?
It was a continuous thing. Which made us dead tired.
After resting for a while, like 2 minutes, it was time for the second set.
Geez, we had to do it all over again the 2nd time.
Blah blah, everyone was practically dead.
I admit, I was out of breath after all those intensed warm ups.
I think I gotta work out more often. :P
Anyways, we used 'targets' for yesterday's training after the warm ups.
You know the thing we use to kick & punch? Yeah, that.
Yesterday's training was basically to improve our basics.
-Skips-
Finally, everything ended. Woo.
I was walking towards the front gate and suddenly Sook Wah (my senior) ran behind me and called my name so loud it caught everyone's attention.
I turned to look and she was holding this black thing, I can't really see what was it.
Short sighted lah, what to do. Haha.
Back to the point.. I looked at her with utter blurness and when she ran closer to me, I saw the thingy that she was holding!
It was the 'target'. Sir must have left it there. They drove away, almost reaching the gate.
I heard some shouting but I didn't get what she was shouting about.
I finally heard her, she was shouting:"Call sir! Call sir!"
I was so confused.
Then I was like, OH! The target! It's sir's!
I didn't have enough time to chase after the car already.
Car vs human, of course car is faster.
So I kept the target. It's currently with me.
Btw, I actually cam-whored with it!
Haha! :P
I'll upload the pictures soon, I hope.
With some funny short story.
Maybe one day I'll look back at this post and laugh. Heh.
Ok, so here are the pictures, with short story. :D

This is what I do when I'm bored, don't mind me..
Sharmaine found this unusual thing, she doesn't know what it is.
She took quite a long time to examine this thing. Still trying to figure out what it is.
She tried punching it.
And it talked to her! It said:"Please don't punch me! I'm a target but that doesn't mean I'm supposed to get punched and kicked by strangers. ):"
She think the target's right. (Ahahaha xD)
Finally, they decided to become friends and made a "Targets are not made for punching." group on Facebook.
(Don't bother checking, it's just a story! :P)
And they became really good friends, happily ever after~ The end.
Hahahahahahaha!
I can be soooooooo random. :')

Test your English. :)

Is your English better than average?
Since we introduced the JobStreet English Language Assessment (JobStreet ELA) recently to test how good your command of the English Language is, more than 170,000 people have attempted the assessments and practices.
The average score for those who took this test in Malaysia is 31.5 out of a possible full score of 40. Do you think you can do better than that?
Check out the JobStreet ELA at http://my.jobstreet.com/english
Well, I got a 33 out of 40. ):

4th day

Today is the fourth day of school.
And I found out that only my math and science teachers are the strict ones.
They gave me the bad impression of Form 3 on the first day. *sigh of relief*
Turns out that even Form 3 can have friendly teachers too. :)
Anyway, I'm starting to like KH. (Can't believe I just said that).
Due to the fact that the teacher's quite awesome and her teaching makes it interesting.
Unlike last year's teacher, crap alot. Scold alot. Curse you -inserts name-! :P
Oh, today's KH lesson was about Floor planning (for the house).
My friend and I were really paying attention because we both wanna be in the "designing" business.
How awesome is that! :P
Heh.
I'm starting to get rid of my bad habit, as in, laziness. :D
"Thanks" to the P the M and the R.
I have total of 6 exams this year! 7 including the P the M and the R.
Pressure! Bahhh. @_@
Our school co-curriculum is starting next week but taekwondo is starting one week earlier, which is tomorrow. Rajin rajin people.
Oh gosh, I think I won't be able to do anymore physical warm ups and stretching.
I skipped taekwondo for almost 2 months already.
I paid for the '09 Dec fee but I was busy with church practices and stuff.
Wasted RM25. ):
xD
Still chasing for the black belt. ;)
Maybe around September? Hopefully before pmr.

First day being a form 3 student

Many of you should know that school re-opened today. 040110.
First things first, we walked into the hall. The freakishly small hall for the freakishly enormous crowd of students.
As usual, teachers blab and blab and blab about discipline and boring school stuffs.
After that, we went into our respective classes.
Surprisingly, all my form 3 classmates are my form 2 classmates.
AND, my current class also used to be my form 2 class.
I didn't really bother about it anyway. Old friends, old class, why not? :P
Later on, a teacher came in and said that the arrangement of our class was purposely arranged like that due to our blatant attitude.
I know, our class is the NOISIEST of ALL classes in the WHOLE school.
Awesome, isn't it?
Our class is well known for being noisy. The teachers would agree without thinking twice.
Moving on..
All the teachers who came into our class today were all fierce and strict teachers.
They keep pressuring us about pmr.
Damn it.
I regret slacking when I was in form 1 & 2.
Form 3 is a challenge for me now. I can't really remember what I learnt in the past couple of years.
Do reference books help?
Or perhaps tuition?
Maybe I SHOULD just try to REALLY pay attention in class right now.
And do all my homework on time.
Frankly, I don't do ALL of my homework, I've been having this bad habit since I was standard 6?
Becoming lazier and lazier by the day.
Sigh.
I'm slow when it comes to studying.
My brain just can't absorb every single detail that have been taught by all of the subjects.
Maybe it's time for me to stop going online so often and start revising everything teacher have taught me everyday when I get home.
At least half an hour of revising?
Still, I can't concentrate looking at the book. I get distracted very easily. And I mean, VERY easily.
I hope God would help me go through my hard time in Form 3.
I'm already struggling on the very first day, how can I keep up with the others in the future?
The teachers will start teaching in class tomorrow.
Hope everything goes well.
Buhbye for now.

Happy New Year people!
2009 was an "outing year". Went to so many outings this year, awesomeness :P
I just came back from one bytheway. It wasn't what I expected it to be.
Anywhoo, pastor prophesied about the year 2010, I really thank God!
I think he said something about children having good results for exams this year? Or something.
I hope PMR aka Persecution of Malaysia Residences will be EASY this year.
2009 passed by really fast, like seriously. Don'cha think so?
Here's a poem(?) courtesy of The Star newspaper. Haha.
Some people hate
Some people love
Some are procrastinators
Some people act now
Some people love to point fingers
Some people love to extend their hands
Some people question every answer
Some people have an answer to every question
Some people hate to lose an argument
Some people love to win hearts
Some people want a change
Some people want to be the change
Some people are blind except to their own colour
Some people are colour blind
Some people are proud to belong to their race
Some people take pride in belonging to the human race
This New Year, it is not about who is perfect and who is not. It is about sharing One Legacy, One Destiny, 1Malaysia.
Because to build a great nation we must all learn to see the perfections in the imperfections.
Have a great year ahead of you. Peace.
:)
