Belated birthday celebration

My church's cellgroup members celebrated Uncle Choy's birthday on 251009. I don't know why his birthday's so special :P
Maybe cause he's 61 this year. Shhhhhhhhh.
Anyway.. Here are the pictures.

Frankly, the food there's not THAT good.

And then I got tummy upset the next day.

There was a 14th-MK Taekwondo Competition on Oct 18 at UE3 Shopping Complex, a very isolated one.
Sadly, it didn't work out for me. I'm medaless.
The judge actually wanted to choose me, they were hesitating when they choose the one who can masuk into the Semi-Finals.

I forgot to shout in the middle of TaeGuek 6. Shit.

That's the reason I think.

Individual. I was kicking :P

This girl's younger than me but she's already red belt.

And is representing this country to compete at... somewhere.

I heard she's only 9. Talented.

The two girls who demo-ed.

Only 3 people from my school participated at the competition, including me.

1) This Form 1 girl, Norishka?

She won a gold medal!

And it's her first time at this competition.

2) Sook Wah. The very semangat Taekwondo girl.

She also won a gold medal.

She's actually red belt.

3) Well... Me.

No medal. Second time at this competition. Oh blah.

Zoe went there! So nice of her :)

She waited till she was damn bored.

Cam-whore-ers. :P

Only 3 people participated from my school but we won 1st place for our school. Lol.

2 Golds. Yeah... I felt left out.

Of course, after the Taekwondo Competition, I went to Zoe's house!

Then we went to Boston for dinner..

It was a quick drive thanks to Duke highway.

Cousin Baby full moon

On the 10th of October (10.10.09) , my mother's side family gathered at my uncle's house to celebrate(?) my baby cousin's full moon. As in, one month old. :D

My uncles (including my dad) would crap about stuffs as loud as they can, as usual, while my aunties gossip at one corner of the living room.

And how they always manage to notice my height difference.

Oh how typical of them.

Anyway, here's a picture of the baby.

Didn't dare to carry her due to my fear of dropping her..

This is what my mom bought for the baby.

It's such a small little bracelet, but guess the cost.

My aunties wanted to compare our looks by the end of the day.
So they took some pictures with me and both my cousin sisters.
I don't look like any of them but they keep saying I look like my (lawyer) aunty.
*Yes, don't mess with me. I have an aunty who is a lawyer :)

I'd like to thank my mother and father and brother and sister and aunties and uncles and all my friends including those who have become my friends simply because I just won something and my competitors and the roti man and the teh tarik fellow and the English teacher whom this writer still has the hots for 30 years later and gee isn't this becoming a bit like those long-winded Hollywood thank you speeches where even the bikini line waxer gets a mention not forgetting the gorgeous college babe whom all the fat and ugly people hated except of course if you happen to be the said gorgeous college babe and is now also fat and ugly in which case we still have you and oodles and oodles of other people who helped make this award possible but seriously the people I'd like to thank here is Naga DDB Creative for this interesting speech which I kinda copyrighted from them so that I could update my blog for the sake of updating my blog. I couldn't have done this without these awesome people which I-do-not-know. Thank you. :)
